This very rare pair of pre-war clear glass studies of Pigeons are frosted and polished, exhibiting fabulous hand finished surface detail. This pair of life sized Lalique pigeons are each signed with an etched 'R.LALIQUE FRANCE' which pre-dates 1945. These were introduced by Lalique in 1932, and are cataloged as numbers 1204 and 1206 by Marcilhac. No damage or repairs. It is rare that these pigeons come up for sale as a pair.
