Late 19th/early 20th century, after the model by the Imperial Glassworks, St. Petersburg, Russia.
Colorless glass with inner scarlet-ruby layer, blown and with hand cut and polished detailing. The ormolu mounts are hand chased, with a neoclassical mask support for each of the glass scroll handles. There is an internal flake on one of the square bases, otherwise in excellent condition.
